By using caredesktd.online, you agree to these terms. Separate confirmed quote or care-plan terms can also apply and control for that booking if they conflict with general website information.
2. Website purpose and booking
The site provides general service information and contact options. A form submission, email or phone call is not an accepted booking. Service depends on coverage, suitability, capacity and confirmation.
3. Owner authority and disclosures
You confirm that you own the pet or are authorized to arrange care. You must provide accurate information about routine, behavior, bite or escape risk, health conditions, contagious illness, equipment, access, veterinarian and emergency contacts. Material omissions can make care unsafe.
4. Care plan and scope
The confirmed care plan identifies tasks, duration, access, communication and price. We may decline or stop care that is unsafe, outside scope, unlawful or materially different from the disclosed situation.
5. Non-veterinary limitation
CareDesk TD does not diagnose, prescribe, perform veterinary treatment or provide emergency veterinary services. Medication help is excluded unless expressly agreed and never includes dosage decisions, injections or medical judgment.
6. Prices and payment
Website prices are starting prices in USD. The website does not collect payment. Any final price, taxes, deposit, due date, method or refund term must be disclosed separately.
7. Property access and supplies
You must provide lawful, safe access and required food, waste supplies and fitted equipment. Do not send sensitive access codes through the public form. Key or code handling should be separately agreed.
8. Emergencies
Owners should provide current veterinarian and emergency contacts. If a pet appears to need urgent help during confirmed care, reasonable efforts may be made to contact the owner or designated contact and seek veterinary assistance within the agreed authority. Owners remain responsible for veterinary and transport costs unless law provides otherwise.
9. Cancellations and concerns
See the Cancellation & Refund Policy. Report concerns promptly. For animal-health emergencies, contact a veterinarian immediately.
10. Website use and intellectual property
Do not misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, impersonate others or use content deceptively. Site design, copy, original images and branding are protected by applicable laws.
11. Liability and mandatory rights
Pet care involves inherent risks, including unpredictable animal behavior. To the maximum extent allowed by law, liability is limited to direct, reasonably foreseeable loss caused by a failure to use reasonable care. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
12. Law, changes and contact
