Confirmed bookings
Contact us as soon as possible to cancel or reschedule. Any notice period or fee must be disclosed before confirmation. If no separate term was disclosed, reasonable documented costs are assessed only where allowed by law.
Deposits
This website does not collect deposits. Any separately requested deposit must disclose its amount, purpose, refundability and cancellation terms before payment.
Safety cancellations
Care may be cancelled or stopped if pet behavior, illness, equipment, property access or other conditions are materially different from disclosures and create unreasonable risk. Charges or refunds will be assessed based on the agreed terms, work completed, reasonable costs and applicable law.
Refunds and concerns
If CareDesk TD cancels before care begins, amounts paid for the unperformed service should be refunded, subject to agreed terms and law. Report service concerns promptly so they can be reviewed. Approved refund timing depends on the payment method.
